Istria, Croatia

A fictional Istrian mill used as the sample estate for Oblica and Istarska bjelica. It does not exist, and it does not sell oil.

Jaén, Spain

A fictional Jaén cooperative used so the sample ranking can show a mountain Picual without borrowing a real brand.

California, United States

A fictional California producer for an Arbequina sample that has medals and no lab panel yet.

Peloponnese, Greece

A fictional Peloponnesian estate used for the Athinolia sample profile.

Baena, Spain
